What is Exercise?

Exercise releases powerful chemical in the brain that help fight of depression, anxiety, while simultaneously fortifying your body to prevent or limit the effects of preventable disease. People with busy schedules may neglect the need for physical exercise and even justify not doing it, however they often know they should be.
