What is Depression?
Depression can sneak up in a variety of ways; generally speaking it can be described as a perpetual feeling of sadness or loss of interests, stopping those affected from engaging in everyday activities. Everyone feels sadness or depressed at times, but when the experience is constant and accompanied by feeling helpless, hopeless or worthless, you could have clinical depression. Depression can be treated in a variety of ways especially in less advanced stages.
