What are Relationships?
Relationships account for a wide array of connections between human begins - relationships with co-workers, family members, significant others or one’s children. In this day and age, being able to connect with other human beings is becoming increasingly difficult as we are faced with countless distractions and these challenges are often compounded by time restrictions or inability to communicate.
Solution:
In mindfulness practice, we begin to experience an openness that allows us to relate to ourselves and others with more compassion and understanding than ever before. With that, we are able to relate and connect with others on a much deeper level which strengthens our relationships, and can assist in improving “difficult relationships.”
